Contractorlead generation
Contractor lead generation without renting leads. Calls and forms come from your own Google profile and website, go only to you, and keep coming after you stop paying us.
- Month to month after 3 months
- No exit fee
- You own it all
Renting leads vs owning them
Lead platforms sell a homeowner's request. Often it's sold to three or four contractors at once, and you pay whether they answer or not.
Contractors describe the same pattern again and again: paid leads with dead phone numbers, the same homeowner sold to several companies, charges for jobs outside their area, and credit requests refused. Some trades make it work with tight filters. Many quit.
The alternative is leads from your own listing and site. They come to your number, nobody else gets them, and the pages keep working whether you pay us next month or not.
"Exclusive leads" usually means one of two things
Either a platform promising not to resell the request (worth checking in the contract), or calls from assets you own. Only the second one stays yours when you stop paying.
Shared leads vs your own calls
What changes when the leads come from your own listing and site.
| Elevate Elite | Shared lead platforms | |
|---|---|---|
| Who gets the call | Only you | Often several contractors at once |
| Whose listing and site | Yours, in your name | The platform's |
| What you pay for | Work done: pages, profile, reviews, tracking | Each lead, whether it picks up or not |
| Contract | 3 months, then month to month | Varies; annual commitments are common |
| When you stop | You keep the site, profile, reviews and number | The leads stop that day |
What it takes to pay off
Put in what a typical job brings in. The math uses the published price and setup fee.
About five jobs a year
Growth for 12 months is $997 × 12 + $1,500 setup = $13,464.
What counts as a lead
A lead is a real call or form from your own tracking. Not a click, not an impression, not a ranking.
- Counts: a call to the tracking number on your Google profile or website that connects for 30 seconds or more, or a form filled in on your site with a real name and a way to reach them.
- Doesn't count: spam and robocalls, existing customers calling about an open job, wrong numbers, vendors, and the same person calling twice in a day.
- Where the numbers come from: your Google Business Profile performance data, your Google Analytics 4 property and your call-tracking log. All three are in your name, so you can check every figure.
| Source | Calls | Forms | Last month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile (map pack) | 27 | 0 | 19 |
| Website, from Google search | 11 | 8 | 7 |
| Website, other sources | 3 | 1 | 4 |
Done this month: 2 city pages (Coral Springs, Davie), 12 Google profile photos, 4 profile posts, 9 review requests sent (5 reviews in), 1 spam listing reported and removed.
Next month: 2 more city pages, a maintenance-plan page, a heat pump service page.
Illustrative numbers to show the format, not a client result.
The deal, in writing
These are the contract terms, not sales lines. They're on the pricing page next to the prices and in the agreement you sign.
Your domain, website, hosting account, Google Business Profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. We work inside them as a manager you can remove.
Three months minimum, then month to month. Send 30 days' notice by email. Billing stops on the cancel date.
Leaving costs nothing. No buyout of the rest of the year, no collections letter.
The call-tracking number is yours too. If you leave, we port it to you and the calls keep ringing your phone.
Calls come from your own listing and your own site, straight to you. Nothing is shared with or resold to other contractors.
If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee comes back. We guarantee the work, never a ranking.

Shop Firewood (shopfirewood.com) is a directory we built and launched in September 2026. These are its first 28 days, straight from Google Search Console. It isn't a contractor, so read it as proof a new site can get found, not as a client result.

Lead generation questions
The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.
How is this different from buying contractor leads?
You don't pay per lead and nobody else gets the call. The leads come from your own Google profile and website, which you own. When you stop paying, the pages and profile stay with you.
Do you guarantee a number of leads?
No. Anyone who guarantees lead counts from SEO is either guessing or counting spam calls. We guarantee the month-one setup work, and the monthly report shows real calls and forms from your own data.
Can I keep my lead platform while this builds?
Yes. Most contractors run both for a few months, then compare cost per booked job from their own numbers.
How fast do leads start?
Some come sooner from Google profile fixes. Most of the ranking movement takes three to six months.
What counts as a lead in the report?
A call to your tracking number that connects for 30 seconds or more, or a form from a real person. Spam, existing customers, vendors and repeat calls the same day don't count.
