Pest controlmarketing and SEO

Pest control SEO and marketing for companies that want recurring accounts, not one-off bidding wars. Map pack, pest-by-pest pages and city pages on a site you own.

  • Month to month after 3 months
  • No exit fee
  • You own it all

How people search for pest control

Pest searches start with the bug. Termites, roaches, rodents, bed bugs and mosquitoes each have their own searches, and the homeowner usually wants someone out this week.

The map pack catches the urgent calls. Pest-specific pages catch the homeowner who searches the bug first and the company second, which is how a lot of quarterly service plans start.

  • pest control near me
  • termite inspection [city]
  • rodent removal near me
  • bed bug treatment
  • mosquito control service
  • quarterly pest control cost

The real prize is the service plan

A one-time roach treatment is a ticket. A quarterly plan is a customer for years. Pages that explain your plans, what's covered and what it costs win the searches that turn into recurring revenue.

If an agency left you with nothing

Pest control owners describe agencies that sent traffic charts but no rankings, kept the website content when the contract ended, or controlled the Google profile. Here, the site, the domain and the profile are in your name from day one.

What we build

What we build for pest control

Built around the pests your area really has.

Common pest pages

  • Termites
  • Roaches
  • Rodents
  • Bed bugs
  • Mosquitoes
  • Lawn pests

Service plan pages

Quarterly, monthly and one-time options laid out clearly, with what each covers. The page a homeowner reads before signing up.

Seasonal timing

Termite swarm, mosquito and rodent pages published ahead of the season, so they're ranking when the calls start.

Reviews from routine visits

Quarterly customers are the easiest people to ask. A review request goes out after the first service and again once a year.

Our terms

The deal, in writing

These are the contract terms, not sales lines. They're on the pricing page next to the prices and in the agreement you sign.

You own it

Your domain, website, hosting account, Google Business Profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. We work inside them as a manager you can remove.

Cancel by email

Three months minimum, then month to month. Send 30 days' notice by email. Billing stops on the cancel date.

No exit fee

Leaving costs nothing. No buyout of the rest of the year, no collections letter.

Your number

The call-tracking number is yours too. If you leave, we port it to you and the calls keep ringing your phone.

Your calls only

Calls come from your own listing and your own site, straight to you. Nothing is shared with or resold to other contractors.

Month one, or refund

If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee comes back. We guarantee the work, never a ranking.

Compared

Your calls, not shared leads

Shared pest control leads go to whoever calls back first and quotes lowest. A homeowner who found your termite page is calling you, not three companies.

The process

How the first six months go

Step 1

First, the audit.

A short video of where you show up now: your map pack position in the cities you serve, who outranks you, what's wrong on your Google profile and which city pages are missing. Free.

Step 2

Then, month one.

Setup you can see by day 30: your Google Business Profile fixed (categories, services, service areas, hours, photos), service-area city pages built (3, 10 or 20 depending on plan), call tracking and Google Analytics 4 set up in your name, and review requests going out after every job.

Step 3

Months two and three.

New pages every month, review requests, spam reporting on fake competitor listings, and link building on Growth and Dominate. You get a report each month from your own Google data.

Step 4

Months three to six.

This is when most of the ranking movement shows up. SEO takes three to six months; quieter cities can move sooner and crowded metros take longer. Nobody can promise a position, and we don't.

FAQ

Pest control questions

The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.

What's the difference between pest control SEO and pest control marketing?

SEO is the part that brings calls from Google without paying per click: your profile, your pages, your reviews. Marketing includes that plus ads, mailers and door hangers. We do the SEO side and track the calls it brings.

Our last agency kept our website when we left. Can that happen here?

No. The domain, website, hosting, Google profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. If you leave, you keep all of it, and we port the tracking number to you.

Should we publish service plan prices?

A starting price or range usually helps. Homeowners searching plan costs click pages that answer them, and you spend less time on calls with people who were never going to sign up.

Can you help with mosquito or lawn pest seasons?

Yes. Seasonal pages go up a month or two ahead of the season, so they're indexed and ranking when people start searching.

Do pest control profiles get suspended?

It happens, usually over the address or the business name. If yours is suspended, see how reinstatement works.
