Google reviewgeneration
Google review generation and management for contractors, done within Google's rules: a request after every job, a reply to every review, and a plan for fake and removed reviews.
- Month to month after 3 months
- No exit fee
- You own it all
How to get more Google reviews
Ask every customer, at the same moment in every job, with a direct link. That one habit beats any software.
Most contractors ask sometimes, usually when the job went well and they remember. A system that sends a text when the job is closed asks everyone, which means more reviews and more honest ones.
What breaks Google's rules
- Incentives. Discounts, gift cards or entries into a draw in exchange for reviews.
- Review gating. Asking only happy customers, or screening people before sending them to Google.
- Bought or swapped reviews, including reviews from staff, family or other businesses.
- Reviews written for customers, even when they agree.
Google removes reviews that break these rules, sometimes in bulk, and can restrict profiles that get caught. Some contractors have watched dozens of reviews disappear overnight because of a past vendor's tactics.
What the request should say
Short, from your company name, with the direct review link. Mentioning the service and the town in the thank-you is fine; telling people what to write isn't.
What review management includes
Part of every plan.

1
review request after every closed job, sent by text or email from your company name
Every month
- Requests after every job
- A reply to every review
- Flags on fake or off-topic reviews
- Review counts in your report
Replies that help
Calm, specific replies to bad reviews. Future customers read them more closely than the review itself.
Fake and attack reviews
Reviews from non-customers, competitors or coordinated attacks get flagged through Google's tools with evidence. Google decides; steady, documented reports work best.
Removed reviews
If real reviews were removed, we look for the cause, usually a past incentive scheme or a filter, and fix what's in your control.
The deal, in writing
These are the contract terms, not sales lines. They're on the pricing page next to the prices and in the agreement you sign.
Your domain, website, hosting account, Google Business Profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. We work inside them as a manager you can remove.
Three months minimum, then month to month. Send 30 days' notice by email. Billing stops on the cancel date.
Leaving costs nothing. No buyout of the rest of the year, no collections letter.
The call-tracking number is yours too. If you leave, we port it to you and the calls keep ringing your phone.
Calls come from your own listing and your own site, straight to you. Nothing is shared with or resold to other contractors.
If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee comes back. We guarantee the work, never a ranking.
Review questions
The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.
How do I get more Google reviews?
Ask every customer at the same point in the job, with a direct link. A text when the job is closed works best. No incentives and no filtering.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Incentives of any kind break Google's policies and can get reviews removed or the profile restricted.
Can you remove a bad review?
Only reviews that break Google's policies, like fake, off-topic or competitor reviews. We flag those. Real negative reviews get a calm, specific reply instead.
Is review software worth it?
Only as a way to ask every customer automatically. The software doesn't get reviews; asking does. We set up the requests as part of every plan.
My reviews disappeared. Why?
Usually Google's spam filters: reviews from the same network, sudden bursts, or past incentives. Sometimes it's a temporary glitch. We check which it is and what can be fixed.
