Concrete andpaving SEO
SEO for concrete contractors, paving companies, foundation repair and epoxy floor installers. Project pages and city pages that bring driveway, slab and repair calls to a site you own.
- Month to month after 3 months
- No exit fee
- You own it all
How concrete work gets found
Concrete searches are specific: a new driveway, a cracked foundation, a garage floor coating. Each one is a different customer with a different budget.
One generic services page can't rank for all of them. Separate pages for driveways, patios, foundations, epoxy floors and asphalt paving, each with photos of your own work, can.
- concrete contractor near me
- driveway replacement [city]
- foundation repair near me
- epoxy garage floor
- asphalt paving company
- stamped concrete patio
Foundation repair is its own world
Foundation repair buyers are worried and researching. They want to know what causes the cracks, what the repair involves and whether it carries a warranty. A detailed page answers those questions before the inspection.
Commercial paving and flatwork
Parking lots, sealcoating and commercial flatwork are bid jobs for property managers and GCs. A page aimed at them, with past projects and insurance details, gets you onto bid lists.

6
new pages a month on Growth: services, towns and finished projects
Service pages
- Driveways
- Patios and stamped concrete
- Foundation repair
- Epoxy and garage floors
- Asphalt paving and sealcoating
- Commercial flatwork
Project pages by town
A finished driveway in a named town with before-and-after photos ranks for that town and closes the next estimate there.
The right categories
Concrete contractor, paving contractor and foundation repair are separate categories. We set the primary one to match your main work.
Reviews that mention the project
A review request when the forms come off and the job is cleaned up. Reviews that mention the driveway or the town help most.
The deal, in writing
These are the contract terms, not sales lines. They're on the pricing page next to the prices and in the agreement you sign.
Your domain, website, hosting account, Google Business Profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. We work inside them as a manager you can remove.
Three months minimum, then month to month. Send 30 days' notice by email. Billing stops on the cancel date.
Leaving costs nothing. No buyout of the rest of the year, no collections letter.
The call-tracking number is yours too. If you leave, we port it to you and the calls keep ringing your phone.
Calls come from your own listing and your own site, straight to you. Nothing is shared with or resold to other contractors.
If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee comes back. We guarantee the work, never a ranking.
What counts as a lead
A lead is a real call or form from your own tracking. Not a click, not an impression, not a ranking.
- Counts: a call to the tracking number on your Google profile or website that connects for 30 seconds or more, or a form filled in on your site with a real name and a way to reach them.
- Doesn't count: spam and robocalls, existing customers calling about an open job, wrong numbers, vendors, and the same person calling twice in a day.
- Where the numbers come from: your Google Business Profile performance data, your Google Analytics 4 property and your call-tracking log. All three are in your name, so you can check every figure.
| Source | Calls | Forms | Last month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile (map pack) | 15 | 0 | 11 |
| Website, from Google search | 8 | 13 | 7 |
| Website, other sources | 1 | 2 | 2 |
Done this month: 1 epoxy garage floor page, 2 project pages, 1 city page, 14 job photos added to the Google profile, 9 review requests sent (4 reviews in).
Next month: A foundation repair page, a driveway cost page, 2 more city pages.
Illustrative numbers to show the format, not a client result.
How the first six months go
First, the audit.
A short video of where you show up now: your map pack position in the cities you serve, who outranks you, what's wrong on your Google profile and which city pages are missing. Free.
Then, month one.
Setup you can see by day 30: your Google Business Profile fixed (categories, services, service areas, hours, photos), service-area city pages built (3, 10 or 20 depending on plan), call tracking and Google Analytics 4 set up in your name, and review requests going out after every job.
Months two and three.
New pages every month, review requests, spam reporting on fake competitor listings, and link building on Growth and Dominate. You get a report each month from your own Google data.
Months three to six.
This is when most of the ranking movement shows up. SEO takes three to six months; quieter cities can move sooner and crowded metros take longer. Nobody can promise a position, and we don't.
Concrete and paving questions
The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.
Do foundation repair and epoxy floors need separate pages?
Yes. They're searched by different people with different questions. A combined page ranks for neither.
Can you help with commercial paving bids?
A commercial page with past projects, insurance and service area helps you show up when property managers and GCs search. The bidding itself is still yours.
Is concrete SEO worth it for a small crew?
Usually. One driveway or foundation job often covers months of Map Pack at $497. The profile and city pages do most of the work.
What photos do you need?
Before, during and after from the same angle. Phone photos are fine. We handle names, captions and placement.
How long before calls pick up?
Setup is in month one. Most ranking movement takes three to six months.
