HVAC marketingand SEO
HVAC SEO services for the calls that pay: no-cool, no-heat and replacement jobs. Your Google profile and city pages do the work, on a site you own.
- Month to month after 3 months
- No exit fee
- You own it all
How people search for HVAC
Most HVAC searches happen when the house is already too hot or too cold. The person wants a phone number in the next five minutes.
That puts the map pack (the three Google Business Profile results above the websites) in charge of emergency calls. People tap Call straight from the listing, and many never visit a website.
- ac repair near me
- ac not cooling
- furnace not working
- heat pump repair
- hvac company [city]
- ac replacement cost
Those are typical homeowner searches; the mix shifts with your climate. In South Florida it's cooling almost all year. Up north, the furnace calls in January are worth as much as the AC calls in July.
The other half is replacement research
A homeowner pricing a new system searches differently: heat pump vs. AC, SEER2 ratings, rebates, financing, brand names. They read before they call, and they compare three companies. That's where city pages and service pages earn their keep, because a replacement job is a five-figure ticket.
If you searched 'hvac seo services' to find this page
You're in the right place. Most HVAC marketing agencies sell the same package to every trade. The work here starts from how your customers search: emergency calls through the map pack, replacements through pages that answer the questions people ask before they buy.
What we build for HVAC
Everything is set up in your accounts, under your name.

A Google profile set up for no-cool calls
The right primary category, every service listed, hours that match when your phone is actually answered, and service areas that match where you'll drive.
Review requests after every service call
A text goes out when the tech closes the job. No incentives, no gating, nothing Google could pull.
Call tracking that tells new from existing
Your existing customers calling about a warranty visit aren't counted as leads. Only new callers are.
The deal, in writing
These are the contract terms, not sales lines. They're on the pricing page next to the prices and in the agreement you sign.
Your domain, website, hosting account, Google Business Profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. We work inside them as a manager you can remove.
Three months minimum, then month to month. Send 30 days' notice by email. Billing stops on the cancel date.
Leaving costs nothing. No buyout of the rest of the year, no collections letter.
The call-tracking number is yours too. If you leave, we port it to you and the calls keep ringing your phone.
Calls come from your own listing and your own site, straight to you. Nothing is shared with or resold to other contractors.
If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee comes back. We guarantee the work, never a ranking.
What one job covers
Put in what a typical replacement job brings in. The math uses the published price and setup fee.
About two jobs a year
Growth for 12 months is $997 × 12 + $1,500 setup = $13,464. A replacement job runs about $5,000 to $10,000.
Your calls, not shared leads
If you've bought HVAC leads that went to four other companies, you already know the problem. A call from your own listing and site is yours alone, and it doesn't stop when you stop paying a platform.
| Elevate Elite | Shared lead platforms | |
|---|---|---|
| Who gets the call | Only you | Often several contractors at once |
| Whose listing and site | Yours, in your name | The platform's |
| What you pay for | Work done: pages, profile, reviews, tracking | Each lead, whether it picks up or not |
| Contract | 3 months, then month to month | Varies; annual commitments are common |
| When you stop | You keep the site, profile, reviews and number | The leads stop that day |
Keep your current lead source while the SEO builds. Most HVAC owners cut it back once their own calls pick up; that's your call, not a condition.
How the first six months go
First, the audit.
A short video of where you show up now: your map pack position in the cities you serve, who outranks you, what's wrong on your Google profile and which city pages are missing. Free.
Then, month one.
Setup you can see by day 30: your Google Business Profile fixed (categories, services, service areas, hours, photos), service-area city pages built (3, 10 or 20 depending on plan), call tracking and Google Analytics 4 set up in your name, and review requests going out after every job.
Months two and three.
New pages every month, review requests, spam reporting on fake competitor listings, and link building on Growth and Dominate. You get a report each month from your own Google data.
Months three to six.
This is when most of the ranking movement shows up. SEO takes three to six months; quieter cities can move sooner and crowded metros take longer. Nobody can promise a position, and we don't.
What counts as a lead
A lead is a real call or form from your own tracking. Not a click, not an impression, not a ranking.
- Counts: a call to the tracking number on your Google profile or website that connects for 30 seconds or more, or a form filled in on your site with a real name and a way to reach them.
- Doesn't count: spam and robocalls, existing customers calling about an open job, wrong numbers, vendors, and the same person calling twice in a day.
- Where the numbers come from: your Google Business Profile performance data, your Google Analytics 4 property and your call-tracking log. All three are in your name, so you can check every figure.
| Source | Calls | Forms | Last month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile (map pack) | 27 | 0 | 19 |
| Website, from Google search | 11 | 8 | 7 |
| Website, other sources | 3 | 1 | 4 |
Done this month: 2 city pages (Coral Springs, Davie), 12 Google profile photos, 4 profile posts, 9 review requests sent (5 reviews in), 1 spam listing reported and removed.
Next month: 2 more city pages, a maintenance-plan page, a heat pump service page.
Illustrative numbers to show the format, not a client result.

Shop Firewood (shopfirewood.com) is a directory we built and launched in September 2026. These are its first 28 days, straight from Google Search Console. It isn't a contractor, so read it as proof a new site can get found, not as a client result.

HVAC questions
The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.
Will you guarantee we rank #1 for "ac repair"?
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Google decides the map pack, and proximity to the searcher is a big part of it. What we guarantee is the work: the setup listed for your plan is done within 30 days or that month's fee is refunded.
We're locked into a lead-platform contract until spring. Can we start now?
Yes. Nothing here requires you to cancel anything. Run both while the pages and profile build up, and decide what to keep once you can see your own call numbers in the monthly report.
Should our Google profile say we're open 24/7?
Only if someone really answers 24/7. If after-hours calls go to voicemail, people leave and some leave reviews about it. We set hours to match how your phones are actually covered, and add an emergency service line if you run one.
Do maintenance plan pages help?
They give you a page that can rank for searches like "ac maintenance plan" plus your city, and a place to send existing customers to sign up. Plan members are also the easiest people to ask for reviews.
What do you do in the slow season?
Spring and fall are when we publish replacement, heat pump and maintenance pages, so they're indexed and ranking before the next heat wave or cold snap. The map pack work and review requests keep going all year.
Our Google profile got suspended after we changed our address. Can you help?
Yes, that's one of the most common triggers. Reinstatement is a fixed $497, half up front. See how reinstatement works, including the honest odds.
Do you only work with HVAC companies in Florida?
No. We're based in South Florida and work with HVAC contractors across the US. The map pack works the same way in Phoenix as it does in Fort Lauderdale; the seasons and the competitors change.
