Cleaningcompany SEO
Cleaning company SEO for house cleaning, carpet cleaning and commercial cleaning businesses. Recurring clients from Google instead of paying for every lead.
- Month to month after 3 months
- No exit fee
- You own it all
How people find a cleaner
Cleaning searches are local and repeat. The person who books a deep clean and likes it is a weekly or monthly client for years.
That makes every new client from Google worth far more than the first ticket. It also makes paying per lead painful: cleaning owners report paying more than $200 in platform fees to land one client.
- house cleaning near me
- maid service [city]
- deep cleaning service
- carpet cleaning near me
- move out cleaning [city]
- office cleaning service
Carpet cleaning is its own search
Carpet and upholstery cleaning searches have their own map pack and their own customers. If you do both, they get separate pages and the right secondary category on your profile.
Trust comes first
People are letting you into their home. Pages that show your team, your insurance, how you screen staff and what's included in each clean do more than any slogan.
What we build for cleaning companies
Set up so recurring clients find you.

3
city pages at setup on Map Pack, the plan most cleaning companies start with
Service pages
- Recurring house cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in and move-out
- Carpet and upholstery
- Office cleaning
- Post-construction cleanup
Pricing pages that pre-qualify
A starting price per home size or per room. People who call after reading it are ready to book.
Online booking that works
If you take bookings online, the button goes on every page. If you don't, a short form and click-to-call.
Reviews from recurring clients
Ask after the third visit, when they know your team. Reviews that mention a cleaner by name are the most convincing kind.
The deal, in writing
These are the contract terms, not sales lines. They're on the pricing page next to the prices and in the agreement you sign.
Your domain, website, hosting account, Google Business Profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. We work inside them as a manager you can remove.
Three months minimum, then month to month. Send 30 days' notice by email. Billing stops on the cancel date.
Leaving costs nothing. No buyout of the rest of the year, no collections letter.
The call-tracking number is yours too. If you leave, we port it to you and the calls keep ringing your phone.
Calls come from your own listing and your own site, straight to you. Nothing is shared with or resold to other contractors.
If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee comes back. We guarantee the work, never a ranking.
Your calls, not shared leads
Cleaning platforms charge per lead whether the person books or not, and the same request often goes to several companies. A client from your own listing is yours, and the next ten cleans cost nothing to acquire.
| Elevate Elite | Shared lead platforms | |
|---|---|---|
| Who gets the call | Only you | Often several contractors at once |
| Whose listing and site | Yours, in your name | The platform's |
| What you pay for | Work done: pages, profile, reviews, tracking | Each lead, whether it picks up or not |
| Contract | 3 months, then month to month | Varies; annual commitments are common |
| When you stop | You keep the site, profile, reviews and number | The leads stop that day |
How the first six months go
First, the audit.
A short video of where you show up now: your map pack position in the cities you serve, who outranks you, what's wrong on your Google profile and which city pages are missing. Free.
Then, month one.
Setup you can see by day 30: your Google Business Profile fixed (categories, services, service areas, hours, photos), service-area city pages built (3, 10 or 20 depending on plan), call tracking and Google Analytics 4 set up in your name, and review requests going out after every job.
Months two and three.
New pages every month, review requests, spam reporting on fake competitor listings, and link building on Growth and Dominate. You get a report each month from your own Google data.
Months three to six.
This is when most of the ranking movement shows up. SEO takes three to six months; quieter cities can move sooner and crowded metros take longer. Nobody can promise a position, and we don't.

Shop Firewood (shopfirewood.com) is a directory we built and launched in September 2026. These are its first 28 days, straight from Google Search Console. It isn't a contractor, so read it as proof a new site can get found, not as a client result.
- 385clicks from Google search
- 23.1Ktimes it appeared in Google results

Cleaning company questions
The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.
Is SEO worth it for a small cleaning business?
If you want recurring clients, usually yes. One weekly client can be worth thousands a year. Map Pack at $497 a month is built for a single area and covers the profile, pages and reviews.
Should a cleaning company show its address on Google?
Only if clients come to you. Most cleaning companies should verify, then hide the address and set a service area. You still rank near home.
Can you do carpet cleaning SEO?
Yes. Carpet cleaning has its own searches and map pack, so it gets its own pages and category setup.
Do you build booking systems?
We connect the one you use, or add a short estimate form if you don't use one. The site stays yours either way.
Can we start with one city?
Yes. Map Pack includes 3 city pages at setup, usually your home city and two nearby.
