SEO forpainting contractors
SEO for painting contractors: interior, exterior and commercial. A verified Google profile, city pages and a gallery of your own jobs that turns searches into estimates.
- Month to month after 3 months
- No exit fee
- You own it all
How homeowners choose a painter
Painting is a looks business. Homeowners pick the painter whose photos look like the house they want, then check the reviews.
Searches split into interior, exterior, cabinets and commercial, and each one wants different proof. A cabinet-refinishing customer wants close-ups. An exterior customer wants the whole house, before and after, and to know how you handle prep and weather.

Getting verified without a storefront
Most painters work from home or a truck, and Google's video verification trips a lot of them up. It's one of the first things we fix. See verification help for what Google looks for.
Your gallery is your SEO
Photos from your own jobs, named and captioned by city and service, do two jobs. They rank in image and map results, and they close the estimate.

A gallery that ranks
Before-and-after sets placed on the right service and city pages, plus new photos on the Google profile every month.
Estimate requests that reach you
A short form and click-to-call on every page. Form leads go to your email and phone, not a shared lead pool.
Reviews that mention the work
A review request after the final walkthrough. Reviews that mention the room, the color or the town help those pages rank.
The deal, in writing
These are the contract terms, not sales lines. They're on the pricing page next to the prices and in the agreement you sign.
Your domain, website, hosting account, Google Business Profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. We work inside them as a manager you can remove.
Three months minimum, then month to month. Send 30 days' notice by email. Billing stops on the cancel date.
Leaving costs nothing. No buyout of the rest of the year, no collections letter.
The call-tracking number is yours too. If you leave, we port it to you and the calls keep ringing your phone.
Calls come from your own listing and your own site, straight to you. Nothing is shared with or resold to other contractors.
If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee comes back. We guarantee the work, never a ranking.
What counts as a lead
A lead is a real call or form from your own tracking. Not a click, not an impression, not a ranking.
- Counts: a call to the tracking number on your Google profile or website that connects for 30 seconds or more, or a form filled in on your site with a real name and a way to reach them.
- Doesn't count: spam and robocalls, existing customers calling about an open job, wrong numbers, vendors, and the same person calling twice in a day.
- Where the numbers come from: your Google Business Profile performance data, your Google Analytics 4 property and your call-tracking log. All three are in your name, so you can check every figure.
| Source | Calls | Forms | Last month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile (map pack) | 14 | 0 | 10 |
| Website, from Google search | 7 | 11 | 6 |
| Website, other sources | 1 | 2 | 2 |
Done this month: 1 cabinet refinishing page, 1 city page, 2 project pages, 18 job photos added to the Google profile, 8 review requests sent (5 reviews in).
Next month: An exterior painting cost page, 2 more city pages, photos from this month's jobs.
Illustrative numbers to show the format, not a client result.
How the first six months go
First, the audit.
A short video of where you show up now: your map pack position in the cities you serve, who outranks you, what's wrong on your Google profile and which city pages are missing. Free.
Then, month one.
Setup you can see by day 30: your Google Business Profile fixed (categories, services, service areas, hours, photos), service-area city pages built (3, 10 or 20 depending on plan), call tracking and Google Analytics 4 set up in your name, and review requests going out after every job.
Months two and three.
New pages every month, review requests, spam reporting on fake competitor listings, and link building on Growth and Dominate. You get a report each month from your own Google data.
Months three to six.
This is when most of the ranking movement shows up. SEO takes three to six months; quieter cities can move sooner and crowded metros take longer. Nobody can promise a position, and we don't.
Painter questions
The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.
I work from home and can't get my Google profile verified. Can you help?
Yes. Home-based painters fail video verification more than most. We tell you exactly what the video needs to show. It's a $197 fixed fee if that's all you need, or included in setup on any plan.
Do I need professional photos?
No. Phone photos of real jobs work better than stock. Shoot the before, the prep and the finish from the same spot. We handle captions, names and placement.
Can you help with commercial painting work?
Yes. Commercial work gets its own pages for property managers and general contractors, separate from residential.
How long before painting SEO brings estimate requests?
Three to six months for most of the ranking movement. The Google profile fixes and first pages go live in month one, so some calls can pick up sooner.
Is there a contract?
Three months minimum, then month to month. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice. No exit fee.
