Contractorwebsite design
Contractor website design you own outright. Fast, built for calls, with city and service pages ready for SEO, on a domain and hosting account in your name.
- Month to month after 3 months
- No exit fee
- You own it all
Why contractors rebuild their sites
Most contractors who come to us for a website already have one. They just can't edit it, can't move it, or don't own it.
The usual stories: an agency built the site on its own platform and won't hand it over, a page builder that can't be exported, a site that takes eight seconds to load on a phone, or a domain registered in someone else's name.
What you get instead
- Your domain and hosting, in your name, on your card or ours with the login handed over.
- A fast static site. No page builder, no plugins to update, nothing slowing it down on a phone.
- Click-to-call and a short form on every page, with calls tracked to a number you own.
- Service and city pages ready for SEO, so the site is set up to rank from day one.
- The files. If you ever leave, you can take the whole site to any host.
This site is built the same way, and it scores 95 or higher on Google's mobile performance test.

Your photos
We use photos of your crew and jobs. Phone photos are fine; we tell you what to shoot.
SEO ready
A site alone doesn't rank. It's built so a plan can start right away, but ongoing SEO is a separate monthly plan if you want it.
The deal, in writing
These are the contract terms, not sales lines. They're on the pricing page next to the prices and in the agreement you sign.
Your domain, website, hosting account, Google Business Profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. We work inside them as a manager you can remove.
Three months minimum, then month to month. Send 30 days' notice by email. Billing stops on the cancel date.
Leaving costs nothing. No buyout of the rest of the year, no collections letter.
The call-tracking number is yours too. If you leave, we port it to you and the calls keep ringing your phone.
Calls come from your own listing and your own site, straight to you. Nothing is shared with or resold to other contractors.
If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee comes back. We guarantee the work, never a ranking.
How a build goes
First, a short call.
Your services, the towns you work, what the current site does wrong. We send a fixed price and a page list.
Then, your accounts.
Domain, hosting and Google Analytics set up in your name, or moved to your name if they're held somewhere else.
After that, the build.
Usually two to four weeks, depending on pages and how fast photos come in. You review it before it goes live.
Launch, then it's yours.
We redirect old pages so you don't lose what the old site had, submit the sitemap and hand over every login.
Website questions
The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.
How much does a contractor website cost?
From $1,500 to $3,000 here, depending on the number of pages and features. The price is fixed before work starts.
Will I own the website?
Yes. The domain, hosting and site files are in your name. If you leave, you take everything.
My agency won't give me my website. Can you help?
Often we can move the domain and rebuild the pages, keeping your old addresses redirected so you don't lose rankings. If the agency holds the domain, getting it transferred is step one.
Do you build on WordPress?
We build fast static sites by default, because they're quick, cheap to host and hard to hack. If you need WordPress for a reason, tell us before the quote.
Do you design websites for specific trades?
Yes. HVAC, plumbing, roofing and pest control sites each need different service pages and photos. See HVAC, plumbing, roofing and pest control website design.
