What a plumbing website has to do

Most plumbing visitors arrive with water on the floor. The site has a few seconds to show them a number and a reason to call you.

For the emergency

  • A call button that stays on screen on a phone.
  • Emergency hours stated plainly, including whether you charge more after hours.
  • The towns you cover, right under the call button.

For planned work

  • Water heaters, repipes, sewer lines and remodel plumbing, each with its own page.
  • Price ranges where you're comfortable publishing them. They cut down on tire-kickers.
  • Photos of your own trucks and crew. Stock photos of smiling plumbers don't build trust.

For trust

License number, insurance and how you price (flat rate or hourly) on the about page. Homeowners worry about being overcharged by plumbers more than almost any other trade.

Our terms

The deal, in writing

These are the contract terms, not sales lines. They're on the pricing page next to the prices and in the agreement you sign.

You own it

Your domain, website, hosting account, Google Business Profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. We work inside them as a manager you can remove.

Cancel by email

Three months minimum, then month to month. Send 30 days' notice by email. Billing stops on the cancel date.

No exit fee

Leaving costs nothing. No buyout of the rest of the year, no collections letter.

Your number

The call-tracking number is yours too. If you leave, we port it to you and the calls keep ringing your phone.

Your calls only

Calls come from your own listing and your own site, straight to you. Nothing is shared with or resold to other contractors.

Month one, or refund

If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee comes back. We guarantee the work, never a ranking.

FAQ

Plumbing website questions

The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.

How much does a plumbing website cost?

From $1,500 to $3,000 here, fixed before work starts.

Should a plumbing website list prices?

Ranges for planned work like water heaters help. Emergency pricing is better explained than listed: how you charge and whether after-hours costs more.

Can the site show a different number after hours?

Yes, if you use an answering service or on-call line. Call tracking stays in your name either way.

Will I own the website?

Yes. Domain, hosting and files are in your name.

Do you build websites for other trades?

Yes. See contractor website design for everything that's included.
