Pressurewashing SEO
Pressure washing SEO and marketing for exterior cleaning companies: house washing, driveways, roofs, windows and gutters. Your own calls instead of platform leads.
- Month to month after 3 months
- No exit fee
- You own it all
How exterior cleaning gets booked
Pressure washing is a photo business. Homeowners hire the company whose before-and-after looks most like their driveway or roof.
Most owners start on platforms and social posts, then want a steady source they don't pay per lead. A Google profile full of before-and-after photos, service pages for each surface and reviews that mention the job are what bring those calls.
- pressure washing near me
- house washing [city]
- driveway cleaning near me
- roof soft washing
- window cleaning service
- gutter cleaning [city]
One page per surface
Driveways, house washing, roof soft washing, decks, fences, windows and gutters each get searched on their own, often by different customers. Separate pages catch each search.
Commercial and HOA work
Storefronts, parking lots and HOA contracts are recurring and pay well. They need a separate page with insurance details and how you schedule around business hours.

Before-and-after that ranks
Photo pairs named and captioned by surface and town, on the right page and on your Google profile.
Seasonal timing
Spring cleaning and pre-holiday pages go up early, so they rank when homeowners start searching.
Repeat-customer reminders
A yearly reminder to past customers is a simple way to rebook work and ask for a review at the same time.
The deal, in writing
These are the contract terms, not sales lines. They're on the pricing page next to the prices and in the agreement you sign.
Your domain, website, hosting account, Google Business Profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. We work inside them as a manager you can remove.
Three months minimum, then month to month. Send 30 days' notice by email. Billing stops on the cancel date.
Leaving costs nothing. No buyout of the rest of the year, no collections letter.
The call-tracking number is yours too. If you leave, we port it to you and the calls keep ringing your phone.
Calls come from your own listing and your own site, straight to you. Nothing is shared with or resold to other contractors.
If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee comes back. We guarantee the work, never a ranking.
Your calls, not shared leads
Pressure washers often start on lead platforms and want out. A homeowner who saw your before-and-after on Google is calling you, not five others.
| Elevate Elite | Shared lead platforms | |
|---|---|---|
| Who gets the call | Only you | Often several contractors at once |
| Whose listing and site | Yours, in your name | The platform's |
| What you pay for | Work done: pages, profile, reviews, tracking | Each lead, whether it picks up or not |
| Contract | 3 months, then month to month | Varies; annual commitments are common |
| When you stop | You keep the site, profile, reviews and number | The leads stop that day |
How the first six months go
First, the audit.
A short video of where you show up now: your map pack position in the cities you serve, who outranks you, what's wrong on your Google profile and which city pages are missing. Free.
Then, month one.
Setup you can see by day 30: your Google Business Profile fixed (categories, services, service areas, hours, photos), service-area city pages built (3, 10 or 20 depending on plan), call tracking and Google Analytics 4 set up in your name, and review requests going out after every job.
Months two and three.
New pages every month, review requests, spam reporting on fake competitor listings, and link building on Growth and Dominate. You get a report each month from your own Google data.
Months three to six.
This is when most of the ranking movement shows up. SEO takes three to six months; quieter cities can move sooner and crowded metros take longer. Nobody can promise a position, and we don't.
Pressure washing questions
The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.
How do I get pressure washing customers without lead platforms?
From your own Google profile and website: before-and-after photos, a page for each surface, and steady reviews. It takes a few months to build, and the calls are yours alone.
Should window cleaning and gutters have their own pages?
Yes. They're searched separately and often by different customers. Separate pages and the right secondary categories catch each one.
Is Map Pack enough for a solo pressure washer?
For one area, usually. It covers the Google profile, 3 city pages at setup, 2 new pages a month, reviews and call tracking.
Do photos really matter that much?
In this trade more than most. Homeowners compare before-and-after photos. Phone photos are fine; we tell you how to shoot them.
Can you help with commercial and HOA work?
Yes. Commercial pages cover insurance, scheduling and recurring contracts, separate from residential.
