Using this site

This site is run by Elevate Elite. The content is general information about local SEO for contractors. It isn't a promise of any result for your business.

Example reports on this site are marked as illustrative and use made-up numbers. The Shop Firewood figures come from that site's Google Search Console.

Services and prices

Plans, setup fees and fixed fees are listed on the pricing page. The agreement you sign controls if anything here differs from it.

Contract terms

• A 3-month minimum, then month to month.
• Cancel with 30 days' notice by email. No exit fee. Billing stops on the cancel date.
• You own everything from day one: domain, website, hosting, Google Business Profile, Analytics, and the call-tracking number, which is ported to you if you leave.
• Setup fees are non-refundable. You keep everything that was built.
• Month-1 guarantee: if the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee is refunded. We guarantee deliverables, never rankings.

Fixed-fee services

Google Business Profile reinstatement is $497: half up front, half when the profile is reinstated, with a partial refund if it stays suspended after a full appeal. Reinstatement is never guaranteed; Google makes the decision.

Video verification help is $197. Verification is never guaranteed.

What we won't do

We don't buy or incentivize reviews, set up profiles at addresses a business doesn't use, add keywords to business names, or guarantee rankings. Requests to do any of these end the engagement.

Liability

Google, not Elevate Elite, decides rankings, suspensions and verification. Our liability for any service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the previous three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
