Contract terms

What you're signing

The same terms are in the agreement. Nothing here changes in the fine print.

3 months, then month to month

A 3-month minimum, then it runs month to month.

Cancel by email

Give 30 days' notice by email. No exit fee. Billing stops on the cancel date.

You own everything, from day one

Domain, website, hosting, Google Business Profile, Analytics, and the call-tracking number, which is ported to you if you leave.

Setup fees

Setup fees are non-refundable, but you keep everything that was built.

Month-one guarantee

If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee is refunded. We guarantee deliverables, never rankings.

One flat price

No ad-spend markup and no per-lead charges. Each invoice lists the work done that month.

Fixed fees

One-time fixes

For a Google profile that's suspended or stuck in verification, or a site you own outright.

Suspension reinstatement

$497

Half up front, half when the profile is reinstated. Partial refund if it stays suspended after a full appeal. Reinstatement is never guaranteed. How it works

Video verification help

A shot list for your location, a review of your recording before you submit, and help with the next step if Google rejects it. How it works

Up to $3,000 depending on pages. Built on a domain and hosting account in your name, fast, with click-to-call and city pages ready.

Payback

What pays for a plan

Typical ranges, not promises. Your own job values decide the math.

Typical payback by trade
TradeFirst year with setupWhat typically covers it
HVAC and plumbingGrowth: $13,464Replacement jobs run about $5,000 to $10,000. One at the top of that range covers most of the year; two cover all of it.
RoofingGrowth: $13,464A re-roof runs about $8,000 to $15,000. One or two cover the year.
Lawn care and pressure washingMap Pack: $6,714Three or four recurring accounts.

Compared with lead platforms: these calls come from a listing and a site you own, and they go only to you. Shared leads go to the competitors who bought the same homeowner too.

Plans are priced flat. You won't see an ad-spend markup or a charge per lead, and the work done each month is listed on the invoice.

Found by Google in its first month

Shop Firewood (shopfirewood.com) is a directory we built and launched in September 2026. These are its first 28 days, straight from Google Search Console. It isn't a contractor, so read it as proof a new site can get found, not as a client result.

Your calls, not shared leads

Lead platforms sell the same homeowner to several contractors. Calls from your own listing and site go to you alone.

Reporting

What counts as a lead

A lead is a real call or form from your own tracking. Not a click, not an impression, not a ranking.

  • Counts: a call to the tracking number on your Google profile or website that connects for 30 seconds or more, or a form filled in on your site with a real name and a way to reach them.
  • Doesn't count: spam and robocalls, existing customers calling about an open job, wrong numbers, vendors, and the same person calling twice in a day.
  • Where the numbers come from: your Google Business Profile performance data, your Google Analytics 4 property and your call-tracking log. All three are in your name, so you can check every figure.

Done this month: 2 city pages (Coral Springs, Davie), 12 Google profile photos, 4 profile posts, 9 review requests sent (5 reviews in), 1 spam listing reported and removed.

Next month: 2 more city pages, a maintenance-plan page, a heat pump service page.

The process

How the first six months go

Step 1

First, the audit.

A short video of where you show up now: your map pack position in the cities you serve, who outranks you, what's wrong on your Google profile and which city pages are missing. Free.

Step 2

Then, month one.

Setup you can see by day 30: your Google Business Profile fixed (categories, services, service areas, hours, photos), service-area city pages built (3, 10 or 20 depending on plan), call tracking and Google Analytics 4 set up in your name, and review requests going out after every job.

Step 3

Months two and three.

New pages every month, review requests, spam reporting on fake competitor listings, and link building on Growth and Dominate. You get a report each month from your own Google data.

Step 4

Months three to six.

This is when most of the ranking movement shows up. SEO takes three to six months; quieter cities can move sooner and crowded metros take longer. Nobody can promise a position, and we don't.

FAQ

Pricing questions

The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.

Why is there a 3-month minimum?

Setup takes the first month, and SEO takes three to six months to move rankings. Three months is the shortest window where you can judge it from your own numbers. After that it's month to month.

How do I cancel?

Email 30 days before you want to stop. Billing stops on the cancel date. There's no exit fee, and you keep the domain, site, hosting, Google profile, Analytics and the tracking number, which we port to you.

Is the setup fee refundable?

No, but everything it pays for is yours to keep: the city pages, the profile work, the tracking setup. And if the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee is refunded.

What exactly counts as a lead in the report?

A call to your tracking number that connects for 30 seconds or more, or a form on your site from a real person. Spam, existing customers about open jobs, vendors and repeat calls the same day don't count.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. After the first three months, moving up or down is a change from the next billing month. Moving up mid-term is fine any time.

Do you take a cut of ad spend?

No. If you run Google Ads or Local Services Ads, you pay Google directly from your own account. On Growth and Dominate we audit LSA charges and help you dispute bad leads.

What's the founding client offer?

While spots last: Growth at $697 a month, locked for six months, with the setup fee waived. In return you agree to a case study and a testimonial if the results are there. If the results aren't there, you owe neither.
