Restorationmarketing and SEO
Restoration marketing and SEO for water, fire and mold companies. Be the first number a homeowner finds at 2 a.m. with water on the floor, from a listing and site you own.
- Month to month after 3 months
- No exit fee
- You own it all
How restoration calls happen
Water damage searches are emergencies. The homeowner calls the first company that answers, often before they've called their insurance.
That puts the map pack and a phone that's answered 24/7 ahead of everything else. If your profile says 24 hours, someone has to pick up at 2 a.m., or the reviews will say so.

- fire damage restoration
- flooded basement cleanup
- storm damage repair [city]
The insurance question
Homeowners want to know if you work with their insurance and whether you bill the carrier directly. A clear page on how claims work with you, what you document and what the homeowner pays, wins the call after the emergency one.
Address and service-area traps
Restoration owners report profiles hurt for years by an old PO box or a mailing address used at setup. A clean service-area setup with a real address, hidden if customers don't visit, is step one.

City pages for emergency searches
One page per city you can reach fast, with your response time and the neighborhoods you cover.
Call tracking by emergency vs planned
Separates the 2 a.m. water calls from mold inspections and rebuild work, so you can see where the jobs come from.
Spam listings reported
Restoration map packs attract lead-gen listings at fake addresses. We report them every month through Google's tools.
The deal, in writing
These are the contract terms, not sales lines. They're on the pricing page next to the prices and in the agreement you sign.
Your domain, website, hosting account, Google Business Profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. We work inside them as a manager you can remove.
Three months minimum, then month to month. Send 30 days' notice by email. Billing stops on the cancel date.
Leaving costs nothing. No buyout of the rest of the year, no collections letter.
The call-tracking number is yours too. If you leave, we port it to you and the calls keep ringing your phone.
Calls come from your own listing and your own site, straight to you. Nothing is shared with or resold to other contractors.
If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee comes back. We guarantee the work, never a ranking.
What one job covers
Put in what a typical water damage job brings in. The math uses the published price and setup fee.
About three jobs a year
Growth for 12 months is $997 × 12 + $1,500 setup = $13,464.
How the first six months go
First, the audit.
A short video of where you show up now: your map pack position in the cities you serve, who outranks you, what's wrong on your Google profile and which city pages are missing. Free.
Then, month one.
Setup you can see by day 30: your Google Business Profile fixed (categories, services, service areas, hours, photos), service-area city pages built (3, 10 or 20 depending on plan), call tracking and Google Analytics 4 set up in your name, and review requests going out after every job.
Months two and three.
New pages every month, review requests, spam reporting on fake competitor listings, and link building on Growth and Dominate. You get a report each month from your own Google data.
Months three to six.
This is when most of the ranking movement shows up. SEO takes three to six months; quieter cities can move sooner and crowded metros take longer. Nobody can promise a position, and we don't.
Results from our own siteFound by Google in its first month
Shop Firewood (shopfirewood.com) is a directory we built and launched in September 2026. These are its first 28 days, straight from Google Search Console. It isn't a contractor, so read it as proof a new site can get found, not as a client result.

Restoration questions
The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.
How fast can restoration SEO bring emergency calls?
The Google profile fixes in month one can move things sooner. Most ranking movement takes three to six months. Emergency map pack results also depend heavily on how close you are to the searcher.
Should our profile say 24/7?
Only if someone answers 24/7. Missed emergency calls turn into bad reviews fast. If you run an after-hours line, the hours and the call routing should match it.
Can you help with insurance-related pages?
Yes. Pages that explain how claims work with you, what you document and what the homeowner pays answer the questions people ask right after the emergency.
Our profile still shows an old PO box address. Can you fix that?
Usually, by correcting the address with proof that matches, then hiding it if customers don't visit. If the profile is suspended over it, reinstatement is a $497 fixed fee.
Do you report fake restoration listings?
Yes, every month, through Google's own reporting tools. It's included in every plan.
