What a few accounts cover

Put in what a typical recurring account over a year brings in. The math uses the published price and setup fee.

The $1,800 in the box is an example (about $150 a month of service for a year), not a figure from our clients. Type your own. Typical math, not a promise of results.

First year, setup included

Three or four accounts

Map Pack for 12 months is $497 × 12 + $750 setup = $6,714.

Two ways people search

Lawn care is a subscription people pick once and keep. Landscaping is a project they plan, price and compare.

Lawn care

  • lawn care near me
  • lawn mowing service
  • weekly lawn service
  • fertilization service
  • yard cleanup

Close, cheap to switch to, decided fast. The map pack does most of the work: your profile, your service area and a steady stream of reviews. Every new weekly account is worth a year of revenue, so the math is about accounts, not jobs.

Landscaping and installs

  • landscaping company near me
  • paver patio installation
  • sod installation
  • irrigation repair
  • landscape design

These buyers look at photos and want to see work in neighborhoods like theirs. City pages with your own project photos and a page per service win here.

Tree service

Tree work is urgent after storms and seasonal the rest of the year. If you run a tree crew, it gets its own pages and its own category on your profile, kept separate from mowing.

Our terms

The deal, in writing

These are the contract terms, not sales lines. They're on the pricing page next to the prices and in the agreement you sign.

You own it

Your domain, website, hosting account, Google Business Profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. We work inside them as a manager you can remove.

Cancel by email

Three months minimum, then month to month. Send 30 days' notice by email. Billing stops on the cancel date.

No exit fee

Leaving costs nothing. No buyout of the rest of the year, no collections letter.

Your number

The call-tracking number is yours too. If you leave, we port it to you and the calls keep ringing your phone.

Your calls only

Calls come from your own listing and your own site, straight to you. Nothing is shared with or resold to other contractors.

Month one, or refund

If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee comes back. We guarantee the work, never a ranking.

Built for the season

Spring is when people shop for lawn service, and the searches start weeks before the grass needs cutting. Pages and profile work done in winter are ranking by the time the first warm weekend hits.

In year-round markets like South Florida it's steady, with a bump at the start of the rainy season. We plan the page calendar around your market, not ours.

What we build

What we build for landscapers

Under your name, in your accounts.

Service pages

  • Lawn care
  • Landscape installs
  • Hardscaping
  • Irrigation
  • Cleanups
  • Tree work

Photos from your own jobs

Before and after, tagged to the right city page and your Google profile. Your crew's phones are enough.

Reviews from recurring customers

Weekly customers are the easiest reviews to get. A request goes out after the first month of service.

One profile per real business

If you run lawn care and a separate tree company, each needs its own real business details. A second listing for the same business is a common way to get suspended.

The process

How the first six months go

Step 1

First, the audit.

A short video of where you show up now: your map pack position in the cities you serve, who outranks you, what's wrong on your Google profile and which city pages are missing. Free.

Step 2

Then, month one.

Setup you can see by day 30: your Google Business Profile fixed (categories, services, service areas, hours, photos), service-area city pages built (3, 10 or 20 depending on plan), call tracking and Google Analytics 4 set up in your name, and review requests going out after every job.

Step 3

Months two and three.

New pages every month, review requests, spam reporting on fake competitor listings, and link building on Growth and Dominate. You get a report each month from your own Google data.

Step 4

Months three to six.

This is when most of the ranking movement shows up. SEO takes three to six months; quieter cities can move sooner and crowded metros take longer. Nobody can promise a position, and we don't.

FAQ

Landscaping questions

The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.

Which plan fits a lawn care company?

Map Pack ($497 a month, $750 setup) if you work one town and its neighbors. It covers your Google profile, review requests, spam reporting, two new pages a month and three city pages at setup. Growth makes sense when you want 5 to 15 cities.

We're a solo operator. Is SEO worth it at our size?

Do the math with your own numbers in the calculator above. If three or four new weekly accounts would cover the year, and you have room on the schedule for them, it usually is. If you're already booked solid, wait.

Can we rank in towns we don't have an address in?

Your Google profile ranks mostly near your address. City pages on your website are how you show up for searches in the towns around it. That's why every plan includes city pages at setup.

Should we hide our home address on Google?

If customers don't come to you, Google's rules say to hide it and set a service area. That doesn't stop you from ranking near home, but it does matter how it's set up. We do it in a way that follows the guidelines.

We already pay a lead service for lawn leads. Should we stop?

Not on day one. Keep it while your own listing and pages build, then compare cost per account in the monthly report. Shared leads go to several companies; calls from your own profile go to you.

Do you guarantee we'll be in the top three?

No one can honestly promise that. We guarantee the setup work for your plan is done within 30 days, or that month's fee is refunded.
