Servicearea pages
Service-area pages and local landing pages for contractors: one real page per town you serve, so you show up beyond the city your address is in. Built to Google's rules, not as doorway pages.
- Month to month after 3 months
- No exit fee
- You own it all
Why city pages matter
Your Google profile ranks around your address. City pages on your website are how you show up in the other towns you drive to.
A plumber based in Davie won't appear in the Weston map pack just by adding Weston to the service area. A page about plumbing in Weston, with jobs done there, the neighborhoods, the common problems and reviews from Weston customers, gives Google a reason to show you.
Doorway pages don't work
Fifty pages with the same text and only the town name swapped are what Google calls doorway pages. They rarely rank and can drag the rest of the site down. One real page beats ten thin ones.
What makes a city page real
- Jobs you've done in that town, with photos.
- Neighborhoods, housing types and local problems (older pipes, salt air, HOA rules, permits).
- Reviews from customers there, when you have them.
- How fast you can get there, and whether you charge a trip fee.
- Links to the service pages that matter most in that town.
How we build them
One town at a time, with real local detail.

20
city pages at setup on Dominate (10 on Growth, 3 on Map Pack)
Every page has
- Local jobs and photos
- Neighborhoods served
- Local issues and permits
- Response time
- Links to key services
Order by opportunity
We start with the towns where you already do work, then the ones where the map pack is weakest.
Service plus city pages
For bigger markets, pages like water heater repair in Kendall, where the search volume supports them.
Updated as you work
New jobs and photos get added to the right town page, so each one keeps getting stronger.
The deal, in writing
These are the contract terms, not sales lines. They're on the pricing page next to the prices and in the agreement you sign.
Your domain, website, hosting account, Google Business Profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. We work inside them as a manager you can remove.
Three months minimum, then month to month. Send 30 days' notice by email. Billing stops on the cancel date.
Leaving costs nothing. No buyout of the rest of the year, no collections letter.
The call-tracking number is yours too. If you leave, we port it to you and the calls keep ringing your phone.
Calls come from your own listing and your own site, straight to you. Nothing is shared with or resold to other contractors.
If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee comes back. We guarantee the work, never a ranking.
What counts as a lead
A lead is a real call or form from your own tracking. Not a click, not an impression, not a ranking.
- Counts: a call to the tracking number on your Google profile or website that connects for 30 seconds or more, or a form filled in on your site with a real name and a way to reach them.
- Doesn't count: spam and robocalls, existing customers calling about an open job, wrong numbers, vendors, and the same person calling twice in a day.
- Where the numbers come from: your Google Business Profile performance data, your Google Analytics 4 property and your call-tracking log. All three are in your name, so you can check every figure.
| Source | Calls | Forms | Last month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile (map pack) | 27 | 0 | 19 |
| Website, from Google search | 11 | 8 | 7 |
| Website, other sources | 3 | 1 | 4 |
Done this month: 2 city pages (Coral Springs, Davie), 12 Google profile photos, 4 profile posts, 9 review requests sent (5 reviews in), 1 spam listing reported and removed.
Next month: 2 more city pages, a maintenance-plan page, a heat pump service page.
Illustrative numbers to show the format, not a client result.
City page questions
The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.
Do service area pages help SEO?
Real ones do. A page with local jobs, photos and details gives Google a reason to show you in that town. Copy-paste pages with only the city swapped usually don't.
How many city pages should I have?
One for each town where you really work and want more jobs. Our plans include 3, 10 or 20 at setup, then more each month.
Will adding cities to my Google service area do the same thing?
No. The service area tells customers where you go, but rankings still center on your address. City pages are what extend your reach.
What if I haven't done jobs in a town yet?
We start with towns where you have work, then add new ones with local detail and add jobs as they come.
Can I buy city pages without a monthly plan?
They're built into plan setups. A one-time website build can include up to 3 city pages.
