SEO forplumbers
Plumbing SEO for the burst pipe at 11 p.m. and the repipe someone is pricing on Sunday. Map pack, city pages and tracked calls, on a site you own.
- Month to month after 3 months
- No exit fee
- You own it all

Water on the floor
Most plumbing calls start with a problem that can't wait: a leak, a backed-up drain, no hot water. People search on a phone, look at the three map results, and tap Call on the first one that looks open and has decent reviews.
That's why plumbing SEO starts with the Google Business Profile, not the website. If you're not in those three results in the neighborhood the leak is in, the website never gets a look.
Two kinds of search
Emergency searches decide your phone volume. Planned-work searches decide your ticket size.
Emergency
- plumber near me
- emergency plumber
- burst pipe
- drain cleaning
- toilet overflowing
- no hot water
Short, urgent, local. Ranking here comes from proximity, your Google profile categories and services, and review count and recency. Hours matter: a profile that says Closed at 9 p.m. loses the 11 p.m. leak.
Planned work
- water heater replacement
- tankless water heater install
- repipe cost
- sewer line replacement
- water softener
These people read before they call. A page per service, per city you want, with real prices or price ranges you're comfortable publishing, does more here than any amount of map-pack work.
If you found this page searching 'seo for plumbers'
Plumber SEO, plumbing SEO, plumbing marketing agency: different words, same job. Get your profile into the map pack for the emergency searches, and build the pages that win the planned work.
The deal, in writing
These are the contract terms, not sales lines. They're on the pricing page next to the prices and in the agreement you sign.
Your domain, website, hosting account, Google Business Profile and Analytics are in your name from day one. We work inside them as a manager you can remove.
Three months minimum, then month to month. Send 30 days' notice by email. Billing stops on the cancel date.
Leaving costs nothing. No buyout of the rest of the year, no collections letter.
The call-tracking number is yours too. If you leave, we port it to you and the calls keep ringing your phone.
Calls come from your own listing and your own site, straight to you. Nothing is shared with or resold to other contractors.
If the setup work listed for your plan isn't delivered within 30 days, that month's fee comes back. We guarantee the work, never a ranking.
What we build for plumbers

10
service-area city pages at setup on Growth, each with its own local detail
Service pages
- Drain cleaning
- Water heaters
- Leak detection
- Repipes
- Sewer lines
- Emergency service
A profile that shows you're open
Hours that match when someone actually answers, an emergency line if you run one, and every service you do listed as a service.
Reviews that mention the job
Review requests go out after each job. Reviews that name the service ("fixed our water heater same day") help with those searches.
Spam listings reported
Fake plumbing listings with keyword-stuffed names crowd real shops out of the map pack in a lot of cities. We report them through Google's own channels, every month.
What one job covers
Put in what a typical replacement job (water heater, repipe, sewer line) brings in. The math uses the published price and setup fee.
One or two jobs a year
Growth for 12 months is $997 × 12 + $1,500 setup = $13,464. A replacement job runs about $5,000 to $10,000.
How the first six months go
First, the audit.
A short video of where you show up now: your map pack position in the cities you serve, who outranks you, what's wrong on your Google profile and which city pages are missing. Free.
Then, month one.
Setup you can see by day 30: your Google Business Profile fixed (categories, services, service areas, hours, photos), service-area city pages built (3, 10 or 20 depending on plan), call tracking and Google Analytics 4 set up in your name, and review requests going out after every job.
Months two and three.
New pages every month, review requests, spam reporting on fake competitor listings, and link building on Growth and Dominate. You get a report each month from your own Google data.
Months three to six.
This is when most of the ranking movement shows up. SEO takes three to six months; quieter cities can move sooner and crowded metros take longer. Nobody can promise a position, and we don't.
Your calls, not shared leads
Shared leads put you in a race with every other plumber who bought the same homeowner. A call from your own listing is a race you've already won.
| Elevate Elite | Shared lead platforms | |
|---|---|---|
| Who gets the call | Only you | Often several contractors at once |
| Whose listing and site | Yours, in your name | The platform's |
| What you pay for | Work done: pages, profile, reviews, tracking | Each lead, whether it picks up or not |
| Contract | 3 months, then month to month | Varies; annual commitments are common |
| When you stop | You keep the site, profile, reviews and number | The leads stop that day |
Results from our own siteFound by Google in its first month
Shop Firewood (shopfirewood.com) is a directory we built and launched in September 2026. These are its first 28 days, straight from Google Search Console. It isn't a contractor, so read it as proof a new site can get found, not as a client result.
- 385clicks from Google search
- 23.1Ktimes it appeared in Google results
- 16.8average position across every search it showed for

Plumbing questions
The free audit answers most of these for your business specifically.
Can you get us into the map pack for "emergency plumber"?
We can make your profile eligible and as strong as it can be: the right categories, emergency service listed, real hours, reviews and photos. Where you show depends heavily on where the searcher is standing, so you'll rank better near your address and the cities you have pages for. No one can promise a spot.
Should we publish prices?
For planned work, a starting price or range usually helps, because people searching "water heater replacement cost" want a number. For emergency work, a call-out fee is enough. You decide what goes up; we write the page around it.
We're a two-truck shop. Is Growth too much?
Start with Map Pack ($497 a month) if you serve one city. Move to Growth when you want pages for 5 to 15 cities. Moving up or down a plan is a month-to-month change after the first three months.
Our old agency built our site and won't hand it over. What now?
We build a new site on a domain and hosting account in your name, then point your Google profile at it. If you own the domain, nothing is lost. If they registered it in their name, we help you request a transfer and plan around it if they refuse.
Do you count calls from existing customers as leads?
No. Calls about an open job, warranty callbacks, spam and vendors are excluded. A lead is a new caller or a form from your own tracking. The definition is in the monthly report.
Do you work with plumbers outside Florida?
Yes, anywhere in the US. The work is done remotely in your accounts; the only on-site part is photos, and your phone camera does that.
